coastal town of 30,000, Shingu is home to Kumano Hayatama Taisha Shrine,
a UNESCO-designated treasure and one of three sacred sites along the
ancient pilgrimage routes of Kumano Kodo, leading to and from Shingu.

centuries and continues to leave travelers with a sense of awe in this

A cosmopolitan hub full of energy, Naha is the capital of the
Okinawa prefecture, boasting influences of ancient Japanese traditions
